Appetite Suddenly Change

Hi! My husky name is Sherman he is 1 yr and 4 months. He always had a good appetite when I fed him. He eat very fast so that's why we use a cup cake tray to fed him, so that he will eat slower. But started yesterday morning suddenly he only ate one portion of his food, the tray has 6 cups, he only ate one, this is the first time he was acting like this, and then this morning there was 2 portion left on the tray. He had his rabies,distemper and parvo vaccine shot Friday 11/06/09. Do you think this will affect his appetite?

Vaccines can effect their appetite, but I feel that 2 days is too long. I'd consult your vet.
